*Phod, this option of detection will take up to three photos in a single burst when motion is triggered, it can be configured to identify the users entering and exiting the premises, even when the system is disarmed.
All our monitoring options are managed and controlled via an easy-to-use app on your phone, alerting you via notifications when and who has entered your unit.

All packages include a Security App for wireless system operation. In the event an alarm is triggered, you will receive an alarm tone and SMS notifications. Depending on the chosen option, you may also receive photos on demand of the person who triggered the alarm.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions for Two-Year Rental Contract of Security Package
Please carefully review these formal terms and conditions before entering into a rental agreement with Smarthome for one of the Security options. By signing the contract, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
RENTAL AGREEMENT AND OWNERSHIP:
- This agreement constitutes a rental contract for any of the security options, encompassing various devices and equipment provided by Smarthome.
- Smarthome retains ownership of the devices. In the event the contract is breached or terminated, the items will be deactivated and removed.
- The rental agreement is mandatory for a minimum period of two years, commencing from the installation date.
RENTAL CHARGES:
- No installation fees are applicable to the rental of the security package.
- A monthly rental charge will be imposed and collected monthly via bank transfer, or debit, for the entire duration of the two-year rental period.
- The specific monthly rental charge will be the reflected packaged you choose and will only change upon an upgrade to the package upon individual request.
By signing the rental contract, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these formal terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them for the duration of the rental period.
