A complete residential design concept where interiors, lighting and smart home technology work as one.

Jumpers Residence is a collaborative project between Smarthome and Smart Interiors, currently in its design phase. The project brings together full interior design, electrical planning, lighting, home automation, underfloor heating, fire system planning and media design into one coordinated residential concept.

The home is being designed around a fully integrated automation system, allowing lighting, comfort and media to adapt naturally throughout the day. Cooler lighting scenes create energy and focus in the morning, while warmer evening tones help create a softer and more relaxed atmosphere.

The interior concept combines warm neutrals, natural textures, bespoke details and architectural lighting to create a calm, elegant and highly functional home. Every space is being considered as part of one connected living experience, where design and technology are planned together from the start.
