FROM FLOORPLAN TO REALITY
FIRST MEETING
The first thing is to get to know the client and what idea they have for the project. We offer advice for the different types of systems to be used and share thoughts.
TECH PLAN
Secondly, we do what we call a ”Tech plan”. A plan where you can see all the technology that we are going to implement and the reference images.
If the project includes a 3d rendering of the lighting, it will be done together with the tech plan to review it with the client in the next step.
TECH PLAN & COSTS PRESENTATION
We hold a second meeting with the client to present the ”Tech plan” and the budget with all the detailed costs of the project (if there is any change in the project we should discuss it in this meeting).
SMARTHOME MAGIC BEGINS
At the end of the second meeting and agreeing on all the terms, we begin what we like the most, taking a property to the next level.
When the project is finished we will have between us another updated property for the future, comfortable and safe.
