Located in Gibraltar, Kings Wharf Apartment is a turn key project currently in its planning and design phase. The project will bring a complete refresh to the home, combining interior design, lighting, bespoke furniture, media, window treatments and smart home integration into one cohesive proposal.

A key part of the project is the upgrade of the existing home automation system, originally installed by our team several years ago. The new planning phase includes updates to audio, video and lighting control, along with selected electrical improvements and new window treatment integration, bringing the system in line with the new interior concept.

The design focuses on warm natural materials, layered lighting and a refined neutral palette, with timber textures, soft fabrics and subtle stone details adding depth throughout the apartment. Each area has been carefully considered, from the open plan living space and terrace connection to the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom proposals, creating a calm, elegant and highly functional home.
